Caldera Heating and Air is a great company. We used their services to replace our entire home HVAC system and humidifiers. The owner; Dayton was very knowledgeable about the different brands and HVAC equipment. He guided us on which ones would be appropriate for our home. He walked us through the entire process and was transparent with things to expect and costs. His work was impeccable, redid some of our duct work to incorporate the new systems and also updated our electrical wiring for our AC units. After everything was set up, Dayton walked us through using the equipment, and the thermostats. In addition he informed us on routine maintenance to be done around the year to keep the equipment running well. Our units have been working flawlessly. In fact, I had duct work sheet metal company come by to inspect expanded our ductwork for our home and the workers from that company complimented on the HVAC work done with our new equipment. Communication is very prompt and clear with photos of the service process sent via text and written details of further service options so we can make an informed decision. I appreciated that he just gave us the facts with what was going on with our system and all the options that are available; not trying to sell us a totally new system from the beginning. With the weather as it was and the storm coming we figured we should have our unit checked. This was our first-ever AC maintenance service since the unit was installed years ago by a previous company, and he did an excellent job. He walked us through everything he was doing, was extremely thorough, and made sure we understood the condition of our unit. Excellent maintenance experience. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and took extra care to check every part of the system. Everything was left clean, and the cooling performance improved noticeably afterward.
